Anne Anderson was Ambassador of Ireland to the United States from August 2013 to July 2017. She was Ireland’s 17^th Ambassador to the U.S. and the first woman Ambassador.

Ms. Anderson was born in Ireland (Clonmel, Co. Tipperary) in 1952. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Politics from University College, Dublin, and a Diploma in Legal Studies from Kings Inns, Dublin. She entered the Department of Foreign Affairs in 1972.

Following a range of assignments at home and abroad, she was promoted to the rank of Assistant Secretary General in 1991, with responsibility for Corporate Services (including Finance and Personnel issues). She took up her first posting as Ambassador in 1995.

Prior to Ms Anderson”s assignment in DC, she served as Ireland’s Ambassador to the United Nations in New York (2009–2013); Ambassador to France (2005-2009); Ambassador to the European Union, Brussels (2001-2005); and Ambassador to the United Nations, Geneva (1995-2001)

During her Washington assignment, the Ambassador was particularly focussed on further strengthening Ireland-US economic, trade and investment links; highlighting Ireland’s interests in relation to reform of US immigration legislation; supporting US interest and engagement on key issues still to be fully addressed in Northern Ireland; and further deepening the vibrant cultural connections between the two countries.

She has undertaken a wide range of responsibilities in her various assignments as Ambassador. Some highlights of her multilateral work include chairing the WTO Trade Policy Review Body (1996), the UN Commission on Human Rights (1999) and heading the Irish team in Brussels during Ireland’s EU Presidency in 2004 (she was awarded European Voice “Diplomat of the Year” in recognition of her Presidency role). During her New York assignment, she oversaw a review of the UN Peace-building machinery and was tasked by the President of the General Assembly with facilitating preparations for the 2013 UN Special Event on the Millennium Development Goals.

As Ambassador to the UN, her particular focus was on development/human rights/gender equality issues. From her assignment in Brussels, she retains a keen interest in EU Affairs.  As a former Ambassador in Paris, her involvement with France also continues.

Ambassador Anderson was awarded an Honorary Doctorate by the National University of Ireland in December 2011 (Doctor of Laws) and by Fordham University in May 2017 (Doctor of Humane Letters). She was listed among Ireland’s “25 Most Powerful Women” by the Women’s Executive Network in 2015 and the “30 Irish Women You Need to Know“ by the Irish Times in March 2017.  During 2016/2017, she was honoured with  a range of awards , including from University College Dublin (Alumnus of the Year: Arts and Humanities); Irish America magazine; the Flax Trust; the Irish International Immigration Center; and the Irish American Partnership. She was presented with the International Leadership Award by the Ireland Funds at its 25^th National Gala in Washington DC in March 2017 , and  with a  Lifetime Achievement Award by the Irish - US Chamber of Commerce  in Dublin in November 2017. In 2018, the Trinity College Historical Society (the “Hist’) presented her with a Gold Medal for Outstanding Contribution to Public Discourse, and she also was the first Gold Medal recipient from the Politics Society UCD.

At the invitation of the UN Secretary General, Ms. Anderson has joined his Advisory Board for the Peacebuilding Fund for 2018/2019 . She has also joined the Advisory Boards of the Institute for the Study of Diplomacy at Georgetown University, Washington DC, and of Glucksman Ireland House, NYU.  She is a member of the Board of the Irish  based global company Smurfit Kappa, and of the Board of Druid Theatre, Galway.

John Gardiner graduated from University College Dublin's law school in 1984.  Whilst at UCD, John was the captain of the UCD Rugby team, which won the Dudley Cup, the inter-collegiate championship in Ireland.  Following his graduation from UCD, John served out his solicitors' apprenticeship at the Dublin law firm of Good & Murray Smith & Co. and qualified as a solicitor in the Republic of Ireland.

After leaving Ireland in 1987 for the United States, John began working at global law firm Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP in New York, where he has worked for the past 31 years.  For the last ten years, John has been head of the Americas and one of three global co-heads of the international litigation and arbitration practice at Skadden.  In that capacity he counsels clients in high value disputes throughout the world including before federal and state courts in the United States and before international arbitral tribunals worldwide.  He presently serves on the Boards of the Irish Repertory Theatre Company and the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art.

Orla was the President of the Gum & Mints CBU for Mars Wrigley Confectionery based in Chicago until May 2019. She led the strategic development and delivery of some of the world’s most beloved and delicious brands, from ORBIT®, EXTRA® AND 5® to DOUBLEMINT® and ALTOIDS®. Orla was also a part of the global leadership team for Mars Wrigley Confectionery, the world’s leading Confectionery company.

Orla worked with Mars Inc for 18 years. From local markets to global teams, the Petcare category to Food and then Confections, Orla has a knack for strategic clarity, unwrapping brand stories and innovations to delight consumers. As president of the Gum & Mints CBU, she was responsible for creating focused global brand strategies and accelerating growth in the Gum & Mints sub-category.

Orla began her journey with Mars as marketing director of Mars Petcare, the world’s largest petcare company. She worked her way up  the company’s marketing organization, moving on to become chief marketing officer of Mars Global Food and then serving as the vice president and chief marketing officer of Wrigley before taking on her Global President role for the Gum & Mints category role for Mars Wrigley Confectionery. Before her career in Mars she worked in several Marketing roles in Ireland including with Kerry Foods (part of the Kerry Group), Nestle Ireland and several consulting roles post graduating from U.C.D. During 2019 she has decided to return to Europe to explore exciting new career opportunities

Helen Doody is a Senior Client Advisor at Kepos Capital LP a boutique asset manager founded in 2010 by Mark Carhart, Giorgio De Santis and Bob Litterman former leaders of the Goldman Sachs Quantitative Investment Strategies group. Kepos has approximately $3bn in assets under management & focuses on offering clients alternative investments predominately in quantitative strategies. Helen joined Kepos in January 2018 and is responsible for asset raising in Europe & North America.

Helen opened her own boutique broker dealer, Celtic Advisors, in New York City in 2008. In 2010 she sold the business to Abbey Capital and at the same time was appointed the CEO & Managing Director of Abbey Capital’s US business until her departure to join Kepos. Whilst at Abbey Capital, Helen built a team with responsibility for private and mutual fund distribution through Private Bank Wealth Channels, Endowments, Foundations, Corporate and Public Plan Sponsors.  Helen was also a Director of the Abbey Capital (US) LLC Board.

Prior to 2008 Helen spent ten years in equity markets, initially as an equity analyst with ABN AMRO in Dublin prior to working as a market maker for FTSE 250 equities in London. Whilst in London she began working in a Hedge Fund Sales Trading role also at ABN Amro. Helen returned to Ireland to Head up the Equity Trading Desk for Anglo Irish Bank in 2005. In May 2006 she moved to the USA and her first role in the USA was with Chilton Investments as their European Equity Trader.

Aidan Connolly is Alltech’s chief innovation officer and vice president of corporate accounts. Responsible for the commercialization of Alltech’s global research in addition to the company’s corporate account strategy, his expertise is in branding, agriculture and international marketing.

Connolly has been a member of Alltech for more than 25 years, initially in Ireland and afterward in France, Brazil and the United States. From 2002 to 2008, he held the position of vice president of Europe for Alltech.

He is an adjunct professor of marketing at University College Dublin and China Agricultural University. Additionally, he is an executive board member of the International Feed Industry Federation, the National Chicken Council and the National Turkey Federation, and he is a former board member of the European Union Association of Specialty Feed Ingredients and their Mixtures and the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association.

Connolly is responsible for the highly anticipated Alltech Global Feed Survey, which is released annually. He also led the implementation of The Pearse Lyons Accelerator, a late-stage, agri-tech accelerator run by Alltech and Dogpatch Labs, which received 184 applications from more than 30 countries for its inaugural program.

He received a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University College Dublin and a master’s degree in international marketing from the University College Dublin Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School.

Angela is the Managing Partner of Ravensdale Capital, an investment platform created to provide angel and venture capital investments in start-up and early stage technology businesses in the US.

She is also the Managing Director of Macha Capital Partners, a private investment fund focused on making investments in small, growth-orientated business in Ireland, with a special focus on women-led initiatives, investing in businesses beyond seed stage in a broad range of sectors including manufacturing, technology and tradable services.

Angela is Board Chairman of the Virginia Distillery Company, makers of a super-premium, award winning, American Single Malt.

She serves on the boards of several organizations, including: UCD Michael Smurfit School Advisory Board; Women in Business NI; Northern Ireland US East Coast Advisory Council; Governance Board at Crescent Capital; The American Ireland Fund; North American Friends of the Lyric Theater Belfast; Somos Amigos Medical Missions; and is a member of the Irish Global Economic Forum. She received her undergraduate training at St. Mary’s College, Queens, and has a BA & MBA from George Washington University.

Angela is originally from Newry, Co. Down and currently resides in the Washington DC area and Carlingford.

Paul Mulligan serves as President, Coca-Cola Refreshments (CCR), the bottling operations of North America, representing 75% of the North American volume for The Coca-Cola Company.

Paul was most recently Region Director responsible for The Coca-Cola Company Bottling Investments Group’s (BIG) operations in Japan and Latin America, serving on the Board of Directors of The Tokyo Coca Cola Bottling Company, The Tone Coca-Cola Bottling Company (Japan) and Solar Coca Cola Bottling Company (Brazil) with operational accountability for six Coca-Cola Franchises across Japan and Latin America.

With more than 20 years in the Coca-Cola system, Paul has held several general management positions including General Manager Coca Cola Switzerland, General Manager Coca-Cola Bulgaria and General Manager Coca Cola North West Romania.

Prior to his Coca-Cola experience, Paul worked in audit and tax with KPMG in Ireland and USA.

Paul holds a Degree in Economics (University College Dublin, Ireland), a Masters in Accounting and Finance (Dublin City University) and completed the chartered accounting exams while with KPMG in Ireland.

He serves on the Boards of Directors of Marine Harvest PLC (a Norwegian-based company – world’s largest farmed salmon company), the SKate Foundation (supports educational facilities for children with Down Syndrome) and Atlanta International School Finance Committee.

Brian O' Driscoll (born 21 January 1979) is a former Irish professional Rugby Union player.

He was the captain of the Ireland Rugby team from 2004 -2012 and captained Leinster Rugby from 2005 until the end of 2008 season. He captained the British and Irish Lions for their 2005 tour of New Zealand. Registered at University College Dublin RFC, he played at outside centre for the Irish provincial team Leinster.

O'Driscoll is the most-capped player in rugby union history, having played 141 test matches – 133 for Ireland (83 as captain), and 8 for the British and Irish Lions. He scored 46 tries for Ireland and 1 try for the Lions in 2001, making him the highest try scorer of all time in Irish Rugby. He is the 8th-highest try scorer in international rugby union history, and the highest scoring centre of all time.

O'Driscoll holds the Six Nations record for most tries scored with 26. He has scored the most Heineken Cup tries (30) for an Irishman. O'Driscoll was chosen as Player of the Tournament in the 2006, 2007 and 2009 Six Nations Championships.

His final appearance for Leinster, and for any team, was in the 2014 Pro12 Grand Final on 31 May in Leinster's home ground, the RDS in Dublin, where Leinster defeated the Glasgow Warriors 34-12.

He now works in a number of different capacities both in Sport and in the Business world.

Marie has been a partner at PwC in Ireland for 30 years. She was the first female partner of Craig Gardner/Price Waterhouse, Ireland, admitted in 1986. She has specialized in audit and business advisory services to the financial services industry. She has displayed unparalleled skills in bringing people together to further the interests of the investment funds industry in Ireland. Marie has worked extensively with US companies expanding into Europe. She has lead PwC Ireland’s Asset Management and Financial Services practice and was a member of PwC’s Global Asset Management Leadership Team for many years.

Marie O’Connor has been appointed to the boards of several high-profile State organizations by the Irish Government over the last thirty years. These have included directorships at the Dublin Airport Authority, IDA Ireland and Irish Life.

She has also been a board member of the Ireland-U.S. Council for many years and served on the boards of the American Chamber of Commerce, The Children’s University Hospital Temple St and other not-for-profit entities. Marie leads the 30% Club of Ireland which is a part of a global group of Chairs/CEOs committed to accelerating gender balance at all levels of their organisations, through voluntary means. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and was the first woman to be accepted to DIT Business Studies course, where she obtained first place and the College gold medal. Marie is also qualified as a barrister and has four adult children.

The Ireland US Council presented its Lifetime Achievement Award in June 2016 to Marie, to mark her notable and important achievements in building the business bonds between America and Ireland throughout her successful business career. She was honored to be included by Irish America magazine in its Inaugural Top 50 Power Women recently.

Paul and Gary began their rowing careers at the tender ages of just seven and eight years old. The brother’s father, Teddy, who himself rowed in his 20s, got involved in the Skibbereen Rowing Club, Co. Cork where he coached the brothers as a cox double pair.

They rowed for Ireland for their first time together at the home international regatta in 2008 and won gold in the junior quad sculls. Since then, they have consistently represented Ireland in rowing but not together again until 2015.

Paul made the world finals at Junior, U23 and Senior Level and won a bronze medal in the single sculls at the World U23s in 2013.

The brothers joined forces again in 2015 to attempt qualification for the Olympic Games. They made the A Final of the EuropeanChampionships, finished 14th at the Lucerne World Cup Regatta but went on to finish 11th at the World Rowing Championships in September 2015.

Fine margins make all the difference in elite sport as Paul and Gary can testify. Both men qualified with only 0.28 of a second to spare. They beat the Greek team to the all-important 11th place to ensure their qualification for Rio.

Paul and Gary took silver at the first World Rowing Cup of the year in Italy in April 2016 and followed it with two fourth place finishes at the 2nd and 3rd World Cup Regattas to place them second overall in the World Cup standings for the year.

On May 7th 2016, in advance of their trip to Rio, they won Gold at the European championships in Germany, with a stunning performance in the A final of the lightweight double sculls. The pair took more than two and a half seconds off their semi-final time finishing in a time of 6:57.760, ahead of Germany in second, with Norway in third place.

Their highest achievement to date came in August when the pair won silver at the Olympic Games in Rio, 0.5 seconds behind France and 0.16 seconds ahead of Norway, securing Ireland’s first ever Olympic medals in Rowing. Paul went from Rio to Rotterdam to race in the lightweight single sculls at the World Rowing Championships where he won a further gold medal.

Paul is a fourth-year UCD physiotherapy student and an Ad Astra Elite Athlete. Gary recently graduated with a degree in Marketing from Cork Institute of Technology.

Breege is currently Board Member & Group Director, Business Development & New Markets at Penneys / Primark. During her 35 year career, Breege has been directly involved in the transformation of the business from a small Irish retailer to an international fashion brand with annual sales of £4.95 billion – enjoying No. 1 volume market share in Ireland, UK, Spain and Portugal.

Starting out, Breege began her career overseas, undertaking Hotel Management training in Switzerland and Germany, following an appointment with the Great Southern Hotel Group.

Through her career Breege has always placed a premium on education, having undertaken a B.Comm in UCD and several short courses, including at Cornell University and Harvard Business School.

Breege joined Penneys / Primark in 1979 as a HR executive, tasked with building the company’s HR department. In 1988, Breege was appointed to the Primark Board and is also a Trustee of the Primark Better Lives Foundation.  In her role as Board member, Breege assisted in the Primark impressive growth trajectory, taking the company from 17 stores to 287, across 9 markets. Firmly established throughout Europe, Primark has more ambitious plans, setting its sights on the US market in which Breege is now instrumental in leading Primark’s entry into this market.

Outside of her work at Primark, Breege has a busy schedule, which includes having held government appointed positions on the board of a number of state companies including An Post, Aer Rianta and also as Chairman of Shannon College of Hotel Management.  She was a member of the Board of Governors of NUI in Maynooth,  its Foundation, has been on the Advisory Council at DCU, served on UCD’s Presidents Committee, as well as the Disputes Resolution Committee and the HR Strategy Group.  Breege is currently a Non-Executive Director at C&C Group plc and also Chair of the Labour Relations Commission.

Most recently, Breege was honoured with the inaugural Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2014 IMAGE Businesswoman of the Year Awards ceremony and received the Irish Tatler Woman of the Year Business Award in 2011.

Hugh McGuire, aged 45, is Chief Executive Officer of Glanbia Performance Nutrition (GPN), one of the global growth platforms for Glanbia PLC and the number 1 global performance nutrition brand family. GPN has three global brands – Optimum Nutrition, BSN and Isopure – and two regional brands – Nutramino and ABB. GPN has a top 3 brand in 20 countries and sells in more than 100 countries worldwide - our mission is to inspire people everywhere to achieve their performance goals by becoming their trusted partner through education, advocacy, quality and authenticity. He has been CEO since August 2008 and was appointed to the Board of Glanbia PLC as an Executive Director in June 2013.

Hugh is a passionate Business Builder with a strong track record of growth across Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas through both M&A and organic growth initiatives. He was previously CEO of Glanbia Customised Solutions, a leading Global provider of precision micronutrient premixes and prior to that was CEO of Glanbia Nutritionals - EMEA and ASPAC, a provider of innovative specialty nutritional ingredients & solutions.

Prior to joining Glanbia, Hugh worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey & Co in the UK and Ireland. Hugh began his career in the FMCG industry with Nestle in Ireland and worked with Leaf in Ireland and the UK.

Hugh graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Science in 1990 and a Master of Food Science in 1992. He has a Diploma in Finance from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Hugh is married to Sue and they have 4 children – Aoife, Rory, Donnacha and Grace. When not traveling, or providing taxi services to his children, Hugh is an active fitness enthusiast who works out most days and participates in Triathlons and Marathons. He is excited about Nutrition & Fitness and the resulting positive long term mental and physical health benefits.

Mr O’Byrne is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of the INOV8 Beverage Consulting, based in New York.  INOV8 specializes in providing advisory services to start up beverage companies as well as working with existing brands that are in need of fresh and innovative thinking in their approach to their business. In 2006 INOV8 developed and commercialized Hydrive Energy, a unique enhanced water energy product. The brand achieved distribution in over 30,000 retail outlets and was sold in November 2012 to Big Red Inc., an affiliate of the Dr Pepper Snapple Group.

He previously served as the Executive President of Global Innovation for Cadbury Schweppes where his role covered both confectionery and beverages and involved generating breakthrough product ideas with the potential to create significant sales volume. He worked on innovations for Cadbury's chocolate brands and others such as Dentyne, Halls, Dr Pepper, Snapple and 7Up. Prior to working for Cadbury, he was the Executive Vice President at Pernod -Ricard USA, where he held various positions including Chief Executive Officer for the Yoo-hoo/Orangina Company. He led the turnaround of the company, initiating and overseeing major restructuring and efficiency initiatives, consolidating personnel and manufacturing facilities in New Jersey, Florida and Louisiana. He then led the sale process of the non-alcoholic business to Cadbury Schweppes in 2001.  As Executive Vice President, International, he had total P&L responsibility for the alcoholic brand portfolio in all markets outside the US including duty free.

Mr. O'Byrne received a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University College Dublin and completed the PMD course at the Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of the Ole Smoky Distillery and is Senior Advisor to Centerview Capital a leading private equity firm.

Gordon Hardie has served as Managing Director, Bunge Food & Ingredients since July 2011 and is a Member of the Executive Committee of Bunge Ltd.  Bunge Ltd is a leading agribusiness and food company, listed on the NYSE, with integrated operations that circle the globe, stretching from the farm field to the retail shelf, with revenues of over US$60 billion.  Bunge Ltd’s purpose is to improve the global food supply chain end to end.

Bunge Food & Ingredients is comprised of two businesses - Edible Oils & Milling, with operations throughout North & South America, Europe & Asia, with revenues of US$12 billion, 8,500 associates and operations in over 27 countries.  Mr. Hardie leads the strategic development and global performance of the business.

Mr. Hardie also currently serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Zaklady Tluszcowe Kruszwica, a leading Oilseeds processor in Poland which is listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Prior to joining Bunge Ltd, Mr. Hardie spent 12 years in Australia, where he initially served as Vice-President - Asia Pacific & EMEA for Foster’s Brewing Group, with accountability for growing the Foster’s franchise in those markets.   

From 2002 – 2009, Mr. Hardie was Managing Director of Goodman Fielder Bakery.  During Mr. Hardie’s tenure, he and his team led the successful transformation of Goodman Fielder Bakery, under private equity ownership, delivering a four-fold increase in profitability.  In December 2005, he co-led the IPO of Goodman Fielder Ltd on the Australian Stock Exchange to become Australasia’s largest listed food company.  

 In 2009, Mr. Hardie formed Morningside Investments which focused on private equity supported MBI deals in the food sector in the ANZ region. 

In 2007, Mr. Hardie was awarded the Foodbank Australia Innovation Award and subsequently served two terms as a Non -Executive Director of Foodbank New South Wales and as Chair of its Risk Committee.  With the support of Goodman Fielder Ltd, from 2006, Foodbank Australia significantly increased the food volumes made available to charities across Australia to fulfill its mission “to build an Australia without Hunger”.

Prior to emigrating to Australia in 1999, Mr. Hardie was Regional Director for the Americas & Asia Pacific Regions at Pernod Ricard Irish Distillers, where he successfully led the development of Jameson Irish Whiskey in those markets.

Mr. Hardie is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the National Association of Corporate Directors.

He holds an MBA from the Smurfit Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin; a B.A (Hons) in Languages and Psychology and Higher Diploma in Education from University College Cork; and has completed the Advanced Management Programme and the AVIRA CEO Programme at INSEAD.

Mr. Hardie resides in Manhattan, NY with his wife, Rachel Murray, and their two younger children and holds Irish and Australian citizenship.  In his spare time, Mr. Hardie loves football and is a lifelong supporter of Glasgow Celtic.

Alan T. Ennis has served as Revlon’s President and Chief Executive Officer since April 2009 and has been a Director on the Company’s Board since March 2009.  Mr. Ennis has focused on realizing the company’s vision of Glamour, Excitement and Innovation through High-quality Products at Affordable Prices and achieving the strategic goal of profitably growing the business through i) building Revlon’s strong brands; ii) developing Revlon’s organizational capability; iii) driving Revlon to act globally; iv) improving operating profit and cash flow; and v) improving Revlon’s capital structure.  With annual net sales of $1.4 billion globally and 4,800 employees, Revlon, under his leadership, has generated top line growth, sustained highly competitive operating profit margins and delivered positive cash flow. 

Prior to becoming President and CEO, Mr. Ennis served as President, Revlon International since May 2008 and as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since November 2006.  Named a “Top 40 financial executive under 40” by Treasury & Risk’s Management in 2008, Mr. Ennis executed two successful equity offerings strengthening the company’s capital structure and two organizational restructuring programs, resulting in permanent cost savings of $55 million.  Prior to these roles, he served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.  Mr. Ennis joined Revlon in March 2005 as Senior Vice President, Internal Audit. 

Prior to joining Revlon, Mr. Ennis held several senior positions with Ingersoll-Rand Company, a $10 billion leading global innovator and solutions provider.  Mr. Ennis began his career in 1991 with Arthur Andersen in Dublin, Ireland.  Mr. Ennis is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland; has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University College, Dublin, Ireland; and has a Master of Business Administration Degree from NYU Stern. 

Mr. Ennis is on the Board of Directors of the Ireland - U.S. Council, which was founded in 1963 by Irish and US business leaders with the purpose of building business links between the US and Ireland.  Mr. Ennis was 2011 Recipient of the National Breast Cancer Coalition Leadership Award.

In his spare time, Alan enjoys running, golf, and swimming.  He resides in New Jersey with his wife Michelle and three young children.

Desmond Mac Intyre is Standish’s president and CEO and heads Standish’s Active Fixed Income business. He also sits on the Board of Managers of Standish, the Fiduciary Risk Committee of BNY Mellon and on the Operating Committee of BNY Mellon Asset Management. Des joined Standish in 2005 as COO. He became president in 2007 and president and CEO in 2009. Prior to joining Standish, he was COO at Pareto Partners.

Desmond is a member of The American Ireland Fund Boston Dinner Committee & holds a MPhil in management studies from the University of Exeter, where he also served as an Honorary Research Fellow, and a BA from University College Dublin.

Brian T. Moynihan has served as the President of Global Banking & Wealth Management of Bank of America Corporation since January 2010. His direct support of diversity and inclusion initiatives across Bank of America is instrumental in creating an inclusive work environment. He served as the Director of Operations at Qualsec since September 2008. Mr. Moynihan served as the President at Global Wealth & Investment Management at Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. He served as the President at Fleet National Bank. Mr. Moynihan served as General Counsel at Bank of America Corporation from December 2008 to January 2010 and also as its Head of Consumer Banking from August 2009 to January 2010. He served as the President of Global Wealth and Investment Management at Bank of America Corporation from April 2004 to October 2007. Mr. Moynihan served as the President of Global Banking, Global Wealth & Investment Management at Bank of America Corporation since January 2009 and served as its President of Global Corporate and Investment Banking from October 2007 to October 2, 2008 and President of Private Equity & Global Operations from October 2, 2008 to January 2009. He managed Bank of America Corporation's third-party, nonproprietary and open architecture investment product platforms.

Mr. Moynihan joined Bank of America in 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President of Wealth Management and Brokerage at FleetBoston Financial Corporation from 2000 to April 2004. Mr. Moynihan served as the Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at FleetBoston Financial Corp. since 1994 and its Senior Vice President since 1998. He served as Fleet's eCatalyst from 2000 to 2001 and was responsible for driving the development and implementation of Fleet's Internet strategy. His responsibilities included oversight of all mergers & acquisitions, including the merger of Fleet Financial Group and BankBoston Corporation and Fleet's earlier acquisitions of Quick & Reilly, Columbia Management, Shawmut National Corporation, NatWest Bank's US Operations, Sanwa Business Credit and others. Mr. Moynihan joined Fleet Financial Group in April 1993 as the Deputy General Counsel. He serves as the Chairman and a Director of Boy's And Girl's Clubs of Boston Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Crossroads Rhode Island and Providence Haitian Project Inc. He served as the Chairman of the Board and Director at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. Mr. Moynihan serves as a Director of Bank of America N.A., United Way of Mass Bay (also known as United Way of Massachusetts Bay Inc.), YouthBuild Boston Inc., and FIA Card Services, N.A.

In 2010, Mr. Moynihan was elected as a Trustee of the Corporation of Brown University. He served as a Director of BlackRock Inc. since February 2009. Mr. Moynihan has been chairing Bank of America's Global Diversity and Inclusion Council since 2007 and is an Executive Champion of its Disabilities Affinity Group for Bank of America associates. He holds BA from Brown University in 1981 and JD from University of Notre Dame Law School in 1984. Mr. Moynihan has a B.Ph. and an M.A. from Miami University.
