UCD hosts conference marking centenary of the establishment of Sinn Féin and the Ulster Unionist Council - 12th & 13th Dec 2005.
A two-day conference commemorating the centenary of the establishment of Sinn Féin and the Ulster Unionist council will take place in UCD on 12th and 13th December 2005 at the Global Irish Institute and the Humanities Institute Ireland. The conference titled Ireland 1905, will focus on the birth and development of Sinn Féin and the Ulster Unionist Council in the early decades of the twentieth century.
An Taoiseach, Mr Bertie Ahern will open the afternoon session on Monday
12th December.
