Only your academic advisor and the senior academic advisor for the school can see the content of My Notes, My Reflection and My Academic Plan. No other members of staff in the University can see this information with the exception of the central system administrator who has access to the full system for operational purposes.

The content of My Notes, My Reflection and My Academic Plan will be kept in the Academic Advising System until you complete your UCD programme, at which point they will be deleted.
In addition to My Notes, My Reflection and My Academic Plan, your academic advisor can see your name, student number, email address, telephone number and programme. This is the same information that you can see in your profile in the academic advising system.
If you need to contact your academic advisor, click on the "Connect Me" button on the home screen in the Academic Advising System. This will keep your communications with your academic advisor together in a communications thread in the (opens in a new window)Academic Advising System. You also have the option of emailing your academic advisor outside the Academic Advising System, in which case the email will not be included in the communications thread.
Contact your academic advisor by clicking on the "Connect Me" button on the home screen in the (opens in a new window)Academic Advising System and let them know about the clash so that they can arrange to meet you at a different time.
