EDI Week 2025

Welcome to EDI Week 2025!

The school EDI committee and the student society AgSoc present a week of fun activities related to equality, diversity and inclusion.

We want to raise awareness among staff and students of the key issues in EDI today.

There are ample opportunities to improve your knowledge, test your learning in a quiz and get to know your colleagues.

We have come up an exciting schedule of events to raise awareness of EDI across the School and College and hope that you will get involved and come along throughout the week to celebrate EDI Week 2025.

All week we have also booked out the Computer lab G-30PC to encourage staff and students to complete some of UCD's fantastic EDI eLearning courses and programmes.

The slots available throughout the week are:

Monday: 11-2.50pm; Tuesday 11-1.50 and 2-3.50pm; Wednesday 9-10.50am, Thursday 9-10.50am and 3-4.50pm; Friday 12-1.50pm

There are a number of fantastic courses that you can complete in just 30 minutes and the EDI in HE e-Learning programme for example, consists of four modules, each of 30-45 minutes duration, which can be completed either as an entire programme, or as a series of modules allowing participants to build up their knowledge over time at their own pace.

You can find more information and the full EDI eLearning programmes here and complete all the courses on either Brightspace or on (opens in a new window)LearnUpon
