It is an excellent opportunity to explore these eleven exciting BAgrSc programmes on offer as well as the new BSc in Sustainable Food Systems programme.

The Food Science and Human Nutrition programmes at UCD are two very popular degree choices and are increasingly relevant to society as we all become more aware of the importance of producing safe, nutritious, sustainable food and the link between nutrition and health.

Food Science considers the scientific aspects of food products and how they are manufactured while Human Nutrition looks at the interaction of the food we eat on health. The UCD Food Science and Human Nutrition Summer School is an excellent opportunity to learn more about these two exciting programmes and the many career opportunities open to graduates.
