UCD School of Agriculture and Food Science is delighted once again to take part in year's Summer School.
This year we have two summer schools; the first on Day 2, Wednesday June 5th, 9.00am-4.00pm covering Agricultural Science and the second on Day 3, Thursday June 6th, 9.00am-4.00pm covering Food Nutrition and Health.

The Summer Schools are aimed at students entering 6th year and is really great opportunity to see the UCD campus, to meet current students, staff & recent graduates of the programme!
The Agricultural Science Summer School is for students interested in studying Agricultural Science, Food and Agribusiness Management, Forestry, Horticulture, Agri-Environmental Sciences, Animal Science -Equine, Animal Science, Animal and Crop Production, Dairy Business, Crop Science, Agricultural Systems Technology, Food Business with Chinese Studies or Sustainable Food Systems at UCD.
It is an excellent opportunity to explore these eleven exciting BAgrSc programmes on offer as well as the new BSc in Sustainable Food Systems programme.
The Food Science and Human Nutrition programmes at UCD are two very popular degree choices and are increasingly relevant to society as we all become more aware of the importance of producing safe, nutritious, sustainable food and the link between nutrition and health.
Food Science considers the scientific aspects of food products and how they are manufactured while Human Nutrition looks at the interaction of the food we eat on health. The UCD Food Science and Human Nutrition Summer School is an excellent opportunity to learn more about these two exciting programmes and the many career opportunities open to graduates.
