January 2021: New Distributed Office and Lean Training

To start the New Year, we are running a new series of Distributed Office and Lean Training sessions.  Along with existing offerings on Workshopping Remotely, Streamlining Meetings and Ad hoc query resolution - our new DO sessions include: 

  • DO Getting to the root of a problem
  • DO Joining a Team Remotely 
  • DO Painting the Customer Picture

We also have a Yellow Belt session on February 9th and 11th (two mornings), along with a Lean Practitioner course for those who have already completed their Yellow Belt and have a project in mind.
