Microsoft Planner
Planner is a to-do planning and tracking app that comes with Office 365. It's used for personal and teamwork planning. You can build a new plan ('new bucket), add and assign tasks for each plan, set the progress, due date and priority for each task.

Google Currents
This is an online collaboration tool for teams. It can be used as a forum where people can post questions, updates etc. on a message board for other members to see.

Mural
Mural is a great tool for teams and groups working together in project sessions, training, thinking, remit mapping, planning, workshopping, document review, session planning etc. It is a big (virtual) white wall with the scope for lots of PostIts, with templates for different kinds of session.

This is free online diagramming and mapping tool. Easy to use for quickly creating diagrams, including process maps. Comes with lots of different templates and shapes/icons including infographic components.
