AlgaeBrew Kick-off Meeting was held on April 26th, 2022 at University College Dublin, Ireland. The day started with a tour of different UCD labs followed by the presentation of the project overview and a project plan for WP2 and WP3 (first 18 months) by Dr. Halim (project coordinator). Every partner (including those attending online) then had the chance to present their research plan/vision. The meeting was attended by Prof. Colm O’Donnell (Head of School at UCD Biosystems and Food Engineering) and Prof. Dolores O’Riordan (Director of UCD Institute of Food and Health and UCD Vice President for Global Engagement).
