UCD student Jamie Crean receives honourable mention in Le:Notre Institute international student competition

Fourth-year landscape architecture student Jamie Crean was awarded an honorary mention in the Le:Notre Institute international student competition ‘All Inclusive? Upgrading the Landscape of Munich North’.
The task was to develop an inclusive development concept for a 25km long stretch of land between Munich Airport and the town of Dachau with a choice of four focus areas. Jamie Crean looked at the issue of Demographic Change and Land Use Recycling with a focus on an area to the east of Dachau.
The awarded contributions will be presented to international professionals and local stakeholders at the LE:NOTRE Landscape Forum 2017 to be held between the 16th and 20th May in Munich .
