Student-Employer Networking at the Planning & Environmental Policy Careers Day
Monday, 26 February, 2018
A specific Planning & Environmental Policy Careers Day was held in UCD Richview on Friday, 23 February. In addition to 1-2-1 CV and mock interview sessions, students listened to interesting career path stories from recent graduates of our Planning & Environmental Policy programmes. Students also had an opportunity to network over lunch with a number of major employers in the fields of Planning & Environmental Policy. Following this, a Q&A with employers was held. Here, students were able to ask employers about the nature of their work, desirable job applicant attributes and useful information on a host of other issues. It was clear from the day that our strong relationship with employers continues to position our graduates front and centre in the employment market.
