WildFIre REsilient CULtural HeriTage (FIRECULT)
FIRECULT investigates the impact of climate-driven changes in wildfire patterns on cultural heritage, both tangible and intangible. The project, led by international experts, will use diverse methods to study and model fire risks, quantify potential costs, and explore the wildfire-heritage relationship. It aims to develop strategies for conserving cultural heritage amid increasing wildfire threats, collaborating with local and national stakeholders for comprehensive recommendations.
