Vacancy Map Ireland (Vmi): Development of an open geospatial data model for vacancy using proxy datasets, GIS and AI
Vacancy Map Ireland (VMI) will be an innovative system designed to identify and map vacant buildings across Ireland. This system will leverage a novel and open geospatial data model to compile and analyse proxy datasets within a global information system framework. VMI will integrate advanced Artificial Intelligence technologies and location-based verification methods, applying a new taxonomy for categorising vacancy.
