Wales-Ireland Annual lecture, "St. Patrick & St. David's Dialogue", held at MoLI

The new term got off to a bright start with this trilingual cultural Wales-Ireland Annual lecture, titled "St. Patrick & St. David's Dialogue" in MoLI, 21st January 2025.

The evening was opened by Professor Regina Uí Chollatáin and Rachel Randall,External Relations & Trade Manager, Ireland, Welsh Government, and featured performances by (opens in a new window)Ola Majekodunmi (presenter, writer, creative producer and Gaeilge co-ordinator at Fighting Words) and (opens in a new window)Rufus Mufasa (lyricist, rapper and performance art poet), and a panel discussion, chaired by Assoc. Prof. Ríona NicCongáil, School of Irish, Celtic Studies and Folklore, with Ola Majekodunmi, Judith Musker Turner (Sustainable Development Advisor, Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales) and Jacob Dafydd Ellis (Director for External Relations and Culture, Office of the Future Generations Commissioner for Wales).
