Great news! Henry McLoughlin won the 2021 Beijing Great Wall Friendship Award

BDIC Associate Professor Henry McLoughlin have received the 2021 Great Wall Friendship Award.
Set up by Beijing Municipal Government in 1999 the Great Wall Friendship Award is the top honor and highest award for foreign experts working in Beijing, who have made tremendous efforts and contributions in promoting social and economic development in the region. The Award is presented annually and only about a dozen of foreign experts are awarded.
Associate Professor McLoughlin was honoured on 29th of October in a virtual ceremony that was chaired by Beijing Mayor Chen Jining. The event can be watched (opens in a new window)here.
