UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering hosted 10th International Conference on Life Cycle Assessment of Food (LCA Food 2016)
Over 300 LCA experts from all around the world came to UCD from 19-21 October 2016 to attend LCA Food 2016. The conference host, Prof Nick Holden, Head of Agricultural Systems Technology, and his research team oversaw 11 keynote speakers from industry, academia and government, 144 volunteered scientific presenations and 130 poster.
