Annual Research Seminar Prizes Presented
Over 60 postgraduates presented their work at the Annual Research Seminar in UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering on March 14th, 2017. Each student had six minutes to explain their projects with topics ranging across Food, Energy and Environment. The associated four-page papers will be published shortly in the Biosystems and Food Engineering Research Review (22nd Edition), which will be available to download from the (opens in a new window)UCD Research Repository.(opens in a new window)
The best speaker in each category was awarded a certificate and a €100 voucher. The winners were presented with their prizes by Professor David Browne, Vice-Principal for Research, Innovation and Impact, UCD College of Engineering and Architecture in the presence of Associate Professor Enda Cummins, Head of Research, Innovation and Impact, UCD School of Biosystems and Food Engineering and co-editor of the Research Review along with Dr Tom Curran, lecturer and co-editor.
