Kayleigh Mooney	UCD Graduate	I went on my J1 in second year with my friends from UCD. We lived in Huntington Beach California however we spent five days in Berkley whilst travelling. Although I don't personally know any of the students who died or who are injured I feel like I do. I cannot express how sad I was upon hearing the news. I thought of all the families and friends who would be affected by this tragic event. I couldn't stop thinking of all the mams and dads flying over to San Francisco to be with their sons or daughters. My heart breaks when I think of the phone call parents got that morning. It was only meant to be a party not a goodbye as I read in the paper during the week. My thoughts and prayers are with everyone who was affected by this Berkeley tragedy. May they rest in peace.
