These changes will affect all campus users with access and route changes for footpaths, sections of the campus road network, bus traffic and car parks.

The pedestrian and cycle route for these buildings from Monday 28th will be via a new, permanent section of the campus ring road and footpaths aligned along new pitches and sport infrastructure currently under construction.

Buses:
The S4 bus will be rerouted along this section of campus ring road, rejoining the existing road network at the National Hockey Stadium, and serving all S4 bus stops on campus. UCD Estate Services have been liaising with the bus service provider regarding these works and routes.

Private Cars:
Access to the permit car park at the rear of the Sports Centre will change however access will be maintained at all times. Access to this car park from the Newstead Building will be permanently closed. In a future phase of the planned project programme the car park itself will be permanently closed. From Monday 28th as a temporary measure until further sections of new campus ring road are completed, inbound traffic will access the car park via the new section of ring road at Newstead and exit via the Clonskeagh exit.
