The hospital is home to the UCD Clinical Research Centre, the Cancer Clinical Research Trust, the St Vincent’s UCD Cancer Centre, and the UCD Cancer Trials Cluster.

  • Onsite private radiology with RECIST reading as standard of care.

Our site is consistently one of the best performing sites in Ireland in terms of study start up, including expertise in GDPR/SCCs, DPIA, etc.

St Vincent’s University Hospital is a national leader in the recruitment and retention of trial participants. Approximately 10% of cancer patients are enrolled into interventional or translational research studies.

We have experience in the conduct of Investigational drug trials, survivorship trials, translational studies, and quality of life research.

On average, we reach 100% of our target accrual demonstrating accuracy in our feasibility assessments
