The richness of my educational journey at the CDIC lies not only in the knowledge I’ve gained but also in the diverse cultural tapestry that our professors bring. Interacting with professors from different cultural backgrounds has been an eye-opening experience, allowing us to exchange study concepts and ideas, ultimately discovering our unique ways of thinking. The challenging concepts and engaging experiments, often conducted using advanced simulators, make learning an exhilarating process.

Sports meetings at CDIC are another highlight of my college experience. These grand events provide a platform for me to participate in running, volleyball, and table tennis, as well as indulge in art activities. I find immense joy in decorating our campus, creating a comfortable and relaxed environment for both teachers and students.

However, the journey hasn't been without its challenges. Transitioning from high school to the college level was daunting. Adapting to different teaching styles and the increased complexity of coursework required significant adjustment. In Stage 1, I was overwhelmed and unsure of what to expect. Everything seemed mysterious, but with each passing day, I navigated through the uncertainties and gradually found my footing.

Now, in Stage 3, I have built a network of friends, know my way around campus, and have clear goals. College has become a wonderful opportunity to communicate, collaborate, and grow. I have acquired more skills and learned to manage my time efficiently.

As summer approaches, my plans are both purposeful and relaxing. I intend to assist my friend’s daughter in preparing for university, sharing my insights and experiences to help her transition smoothly. To unwind, I look forward to spending time at the swimming pool, enjoying the tranquillity and physical exercise.

Looking ahead to the next year, I have ambitious plans. I aim to apply for master’s programs at various universities, taking the next step in my academic journey. For pure enjoyment, I plan to explore and sightsee around my home city, Xi’an, rediscovering its rich history and vibrant culture.
