Lunchtime seminars and workshops
The UCD Centre for Ethics in Public Life (CEPL) in association with the UCD College of Social Sciences and Law presents a twice-monthly series of lunchtime talks on various aspects of ethics. These split into an hour-long seminar in the first week of the month, and a two-hour-long mini-workshop. These talks aim to address ethical issues as issues of intellectual interest that cross disciplinary borders, and our hope is that they are showcases for the kind of work being done by members of the Centre and can act as launchpads for future collaborations.
All interested members of academic staff in UCD as well as PhD students are welcome to attend.
The seminars take place in the Agnes Cumming Room, Newman Building D520.
CEPL is providing lunch and refreshments for the talks.
