Statement on Institutions from Russia and Belarus

CHAGS13 deplores the Russian invasion of Ukraine and the unnecessary suffering and destruction it has caused. As a consequence, colleagues who work for a Russian or Belarussian institution or organisation are welcome to attend CHAGS13 at UCD as individuals rather than as representatives of these institutions or organisations, and should not use any institutional or organisational identifiers during the conference. Where multi-national teams which include colleagues from Russian or Belarussian institutions are presenting work at CHAGS13 these identifiers should not be used.
