Dr Kirchhelle's Book Wins Joan Thirsk Memorial Prize
UCD History's Dr Cllls Kirchhelle's book "Pyrrhic Progress. Antibiotics in Anglo-American Food Production” has been awarded the British Society for Agricultural History’s 2021 Joan Thirsk Memorial Prize.
