Eugene Koskin

Eugene Koskin received the B.Sc and the M.Sc (with honours) in physics from Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University, Odessa Ukraine, in 2006 and 2007 respectively. From 2007 to 2010 he was a researcher in school of physics at Odessa I. I. Mechnikov National University. From 2011 to 2013 he was taking a position as a teaching assistant at Department of Biological Physics, Odessa National Medical University, Odessa, Ukraine. Since 2014, he is working toward a Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering at University College Dublin, Ireland.
His PhD research is devoted to the synchronisation in All-Digital Phase-Locked loop networks in applications to clock generating systems.
