Congratulations to Amanda Gibney and Michael Bruen on their Engineers Ireland fellowships

Congratulations to two members of the UCD College of Engineering & Architecture who received their fellowships of Engineers Ireland this year.
Associate Professor Amanda Gibney, Vice-Principal for Teaching and Learning, UCD College of Engineering and Architecture who became a Fellow of Engineers Ireland by Presidential Invitation and Professor Michael Bruen the Dean of the College of Engineering and Architecture who also became a Fellow of Engineers Ireland.
This is the highest level of membership awarded and is reserved for engineers who have demonstrated a significant level of experience and professionalism.
With over 25,000 members from every discipline of engineering, Engineers Ireland is the voice of the engineering profession in Ireland and has been representing the engineering profession since 1835, making them one of the oldest and largest professional bodies in Ireland.
