TRA 2024 Conference information event

Dublin, will host the leading European transport event, the Transport Research Arena 2024, covering all transport modes and aspects of mobility from 15th to 18th April 2024. An informative session was organized by Dr. Páraic Carrol at the Earth Institute, located at the UCD Science building on Thursday 20 April 2023, where Dr. Beatríz Martínez-Pastor, Project Coordinator, delivered a detailed presentation on the conference's organization, themes, and key dates. The session also highlighted the TRA Visions awards, particularly the Young Researcher Competitions, and encouraged attendees to participate. The event was attended by 16 researchers from various faculties of the University, including Business, Social Science, and Civil Engineering. Attendees were invited to present themselves, highlighting their research area to promote networking. The session provided an excellent platform for knowledge exchange and networking, where attendees engaged in discussions and planned new partnerships and collaborations. The organizers emphasized the importance of continued collaboration and innovation in sustainable transportation, expressing their commitment to organizing similar events in the future.
