2nd Collective Leadership Networking Event

20th-21st June 2019, Belfast, UK

UCD O'Brien Science Centre

The inaugural UCD/NHS Improvements networking event took place at UCD O'Brien Science Centre, Dublin, on 4th-5th December 2018. Work on collective leadership has been ongoing in each of the 5 nations represented at this meeting.

A follow-up event has been scheduled in June 2019, with NHS Northern Ireland as host.

About Us

Collective Leadership and Safety Cultures (Co-Lead) is a 5-year programme in UCD that is researching the impact of an emerging model of leadership (collective leadership) on team performance and healthcare safety.

We are designing and implementing collective leadership interventions for different team types and testing the impact of these interventions on staff performance and patient safety.
