First President of the H-WRBI

On 1 July, 2020, the Steering Committee of the History of Women Religious Britain and Ireland (H-WRBI) held their AGM. At the meeting, and after much planning and work over the past two years, the group moved to the step of creating an Executive Committee, and adopting a Constitution, as a 'living' document which will be reviewed at the AGM in 2021.

Following the AGM, Professor Deirdre Raftery was subsequently appointed the First President of H-WRBI. 

Dr Catriona Delaney also serves as a non-executive member of H-WRBI and currently oversees the society's Twitter and Listserv accounts.
