Oakmount Fees Policy 2021-2023
Oakmount Crèche is delighted to be able to offer a part-time schedule to our families.
There are, however, parameters that need to be in place in order for the part-time schedule to be a viable option for the centre.
These are the following guidelines:
Part-time can only be offered if there is a match within your Child's room. Eg: (a 3 x day family matches with a 2 x day family). The centre will find a match.
A "part day" or "sessional" schedule is not an option for the centre.

If you are interested in a part-time place, please make this known to the office so that
the manager can try and match interested families.
Please note that once days are agreed upon, these days must be adhered to in order to
facilitate a match in your child's room. Days may only be changed with prior consent
from the manager.
Please also be advised that for continuity for the child & for an adequate match to be
found, days must also be consecutive.
As per our terms & conditions, please note that bank holidays must also be paid for &
cannot be refunded/or alternative days offered in its place.
If your child's standing order needs to be adjusted for your new schedule, please allow
adequate time for this change & to remember to cancel the existing instruction.
