About this site
Our move to a hybrid working environment brings many challenges in maintaining our processes and delivering our services - but also many opportunities. The UCD IT Services Digital Office project is aligned with the (opens in a new window)UCD Strategy objective of a digital transformation of University operations. It brings together resources for using our common tools for common tasks - from signing documents online to reducing volumes of email, from checking each other's calendar availability to collaborating in real-time on a shared file during a video call.
Our aim is to help build an online and onsite workplace and community with processes that are flexible, resilient and secure so that we can also adapt to future circumstances and new technology. On a practical level, making the most of our existing common tools for common tasks will help reduce the volume of emails in our inboxes and free up time for the things that matter.
Find out more by watching our video below, and browse this site for our resources to help you and your team with your online collaborating, 'calendaring', and file storage and sharing.
