UCD Discovery partner with (opens in a new window)Institute of Advanced Transdisciplinary Studies (IEAT) at Minais Gerais University, Brazil, on an exciting collaboration as part of the international University Based Institutes of Advanced Study ((opens in a new window)UBIAS) network aimed at fostering global scientific exchange.

The Discovery IEAT Technical Staff Exchange Program enables technical staff from both institutions to work across borders, sharing knowledge, resources, and innovative ideas.

UCD Discovery hosted Aretusa Alves Duarte in Dublin where she worked with the Discovery team sharing cultural, and interdisciplinary research knowledge over the course of one month.

UCD Discovery Institute Manager, Tara Byrne conveyed the Institute's enthusiasm for the program - "this collaboration between UCD Discovery and our Brazilian counterpart IEAT, aims to not only strengthen the ties between the two institutes but also to contribute to the broader scientific community by fostering cross-cultural understanding and knowledge exchange".
