Research Degree Funding Opportunities

Some individual schools offer PhD scholarships and / or teaching assistantship schemes. Information on these schemes is available on individual course pages or by contacting the school directly.

Additionally the Irish Research Council run a number of masters and PhD funding schemes, with the main one being the Government of Ireland scheme, as well as the Employment Based programme and the Enterprise Partnership scheme. If you are interested in doing a research degree with an Earth Institute member, we can support you in your application to the Irish Research Council.
