The School of Economics presented Conniffe Medal to recent MSc graduate Anusha De.
Anusha De (MSc in Quantitative Economics, 2019) was presented with the Denis Conniffe Medal by Postrgradute Convenor Associate Professor Orla Doyle. Anusha obtained the highest aggregate score out of all the students in the three MSc in Economics programmes ran by School of Economics in 2019.
The Denis Conniffe Medal is awarded to the student with the highest grade point average in the master’s programme in Economics. The medal commemorates Professor Denis Conniffe, an outstanding Irish economist and statistician who took a particular interest in the welfare of graduate students.
