EGA DGA Ceremony 2022
Distinguished Graduate Award Ceremony 2022
This year's ceremony took place on Wednesday 28 September 2022 at 6pm in the UCD University Club. Every year, the EGA presents Distinguished Graduate Award to a UCD Engineering graduate in recognition of the achievement and outstanding contribution they have made to society. This event is now one of the highlights of the Engineering Graduates Association’s yearly calendar and the practice of awarding an Annual Distinguished Graduate Award commenced in 2002. The EGA President, Ms Majella Henchion, is delighted this year to have presented the 2022 Distinguished Graduate Award to Anne Graham, UCD Engineering Graduate and Chief Executive Officer of the National Transport Authority.
Anne Graham Chief Executive Officer, National Transport Authority
Anne Graham was appointed Chief Executive Officer of the National Transport Authority in January 2015. Prior to that she served as the Authority’s Director of Public Transport Services. She graduated from UCD with a degree in Engineering, and is a Chartered Engineer. She holds Masters’ degrees from DCU and UCD. Anne has worked with the Dublin Local Authorities as a Civil Engineer, as Project Manager on many projects and as an Area Manager in the South West area of Dublin City, bringing local authority services closer to consumers in four local offices.
