Employee Engagement Network

Page updated 29 May 2023

Update - The structure of the Employee Engagement Network is evolving and the current committee-style format is being retired as of May 2023. We would like to thank all those who have given their time and efforts so far.

Engagement continues and as a new format emerges we will post further updates on this page.

About the former network

The Employee Engagement Network and supporting framework was developed to encourage local engagement initiatives, coordinate these across the University and share best practice, ultimately enhancing UCD’s culture. The supporting framework facilitated the alignment of activity with University objectives. The aim was to develop a culture and environment where UCD will be better able to provide a supportive community for all colleagues and attract talented individuals to work across the University.
