Fit February Team Challenge (All levels)
This February and March we're challenging you and your team to clock up the KM's on campus or off campus to boost your physical and mental wellbeing.

Healthy UCD Learn to Swim (Beginner)
We are delighted to be able to offer a fifth programme of learn to swim classes in the UCD Pool for beginners who would like to learn. Participants from the previous programmes are ineligible.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (12 February 2024 - 25 March 2024)
Day: Monday
Time: 1:00pm
Venue: Pool, UCD Sports Centre

February Fitness Blast!
Days: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
Build up your fitness with cardio fun on Monday or feel the burn with the full 3 classes a week. It's up to you!
- Monday - Cardio Fun - Suitable for all levels
- Wednesday - Shape & Tone
- Thursday - Trainers workout
Time: 1:10 pm
Venue: Hall A, UCD Sports Centre
Places: 50 (additional places added)
Cost: €25

Time to get moving!
Anyone can get active and it’s never too late to start. Anything that gets you moving will benefit you, whatever your age.
- Choose activities you enjoy. It's easier to stay motivated when you do activities that you enjoy.
- If you get bored of an activity, try a different one.
- Whatever your age or ability, any activity is better than none.
Keep in mind:
- short sessions count - you can reach your 30 minutes per day goal, 10 minutes at a time
- choose activities that are right for you - get advice from your GP
- spread your activities throughout the day and week
- add activities that increase muscular strength and endurance 2 to 3 days a week
