Culture & Engagement and Healthy UCD are delighted, in conjunction with UCD Sport and Fitness, to offer four in-person classes this trimester.
In support of female colleagues who may be considering entering the VHI Women’s Mini Marathon on Sunday, 4 June 2023 or just want to take up running, we are offering a female only Desk to 5K programme using the new UCD Athletics Track.
Length of course: 6 Weeks (7 February to 14 March 2023)
Day: Tuesday
Time: 1:10pm for 40 minutes

Running every Thursday indoors at lunchtimes, these classes, for all levels of fitness, will incorporate arms/abs and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts and a variety of other fitness exercises that will burn fat, improve fitness and energy levels.

Our ever popular Pilates class return. Strengthen your core and improve your bodies range of motion. This course is intermediate level.

We are delighted to be able to offer a fourth programme of learn to swim classes in the UCD Pool for beginners who would like to learn. Participants from previous programme are ineligible.
