Faith and Religion in UCD

Prayer and Contemplation Rooms

The University recognises the important role that faith, belief and spirituality plays in the lives of many people. UCD provides a number of dedicated spaces for individual or group worship, quiet contemplation, reflection, meditation or prayer. All students and employees have a duty to respect other users and to ensure the environment remains welcoming to people of all faiths and beliefs, and for those who do not adhere to a religious faith.

The Faith and Religion Working group has been established to better understand UCD’s campus climate in relation to faith and religion and explore the topics of expression of faith, religious equality, religious diversity, religious inclusion. More information about the Faith and Religion Working group can be found here
