EDI has started a series of networking sessions around Peri-Menopause and Menopause. The aim is to give people a space where they can network, get practical tips from guest specialists, share stories or just listen.

Aware that meditation might be helpful but finding it difficult, boring, annoying? Hard to know where to start? This Mindfulness and Menopause Session with Aoife FitzGerald might be a good place to start. All genders are welcome! Get practical tips, share stories or just listen.
