•       Clean internal glass so it is free of marks. •        Glass free from build-up of markings, finger marks, general dust and water mark splashes.
•       Clean glass, doors and glazed side screen panels on all entrances, so they are free of marks. •        Floor areas free from spot staining, dust build-up or superficial scuff marks.
•       Wash floors with periodic buffing. •        Floor uniform in appearance, free from marking and visually pleasing.
•       Clean and vacuum mats and rugs. •        Floor dry in appearance and safe for traffic.
•       Dust and polish all cleared ledges, furniture, desks, chairs and cabinets. •        Mats clean and free of dust or dirt build up.
•       Periodic Up-lift of mat-wells at entrances, vacuum / remove debris and refit mat-wells. •        High level free of cobwebs.

  Lecture Theatres / Classrooms

•       Remove all cobwebs at high level. •       Floor uniform in appearance, free from marking and visually pleasing.
•       Dust all desks and seating and remove marks as necessary. •       All high-level fixtures free from build-up of dust, cobwebs other markings.
•       Dust all level surfaces. •       Surfaces/Walls free of dust
•       Damp wipe /clean all doors and internal glass. •       Doors and internal glass wiped down and free from build-up of markings, finger marks, general dust and water mark splashes
•       Remove all marks Chewing gum of walls, seats, work surfaces. •       Desks replaced and ready for classes/lectures/seminars.
•       Remove marks from walls to hand height level. •       Bins emptied, disinfected and clean of dirt, smudges or spills.
•       Replace all desks and chairs in an orderly fashion for lectures.  
•      Empty and clean all bins and remove rubbish to outside skips.  
   
Washroom Facilities

•       Sweep, wet mop and rinse dry all floors and disinfect. •       All sanitary fittings to be cleaned using environmentally sustainable liquid cleanser.
•       Wash thoroughly all basins, urinals and toilet bowls and unblock when necessary; rinse and remove stains, including all interior legs, channels, flush meter, seat hinges and all metal trim, using a liquid cleanser. •       All fixtures to be uniform in appearance, free dust, buildup and other debris.
•       Wash, disinfect and rinse all toilet seats and leave in the down-position free of watermarks on both sides. •       Floor covering dry and safe for traffic.
•       Clean all mirrors and leave in a streak free condition. •       Mirrors wiped down and free from build-up of markings, finger marks, general dust and water mark splashes
•       Damp-wipe walls and wall partitions, moulding, stalls and other surfaces. Toilet partitions should be free of water splashing, finger marks, writing and dust. •       Steel and chrome visibly clean and polished.
•       Clean thoroughly and polish all stainless steel and chrome. •       Washrooms to be free from odours, where possible.
•       Empty and wash all wastebaskets and receptacles excluding sanitary bins. •       Surfaces/Walls/partitions free of dust.
•       Refill all paper as required. •       Waste baskets and receptacles emptied, disinfected and clean of dirt, smudges or spills. (Sanitary bins not touched)
•       Replace soap as required. •       Paper refilled.
•       Dust the tops of the partitions. •       Soap dispenser filled and ready for use.
•       Remove Graffiti from walls, doors etc. •       Graffiti removed where possible
   
Open Access Computer Rooms, High Traffic Public / Common Areas

•       Dust pictures, edges and exposed surfaces. •       Bin liner replaced.
•       Damp wipe /clean all doors surfaces. •       Glass free from build-up of markings, finger marks, general dust.
•       Clean any internal glass so that it is free of marks. •       All high-level fixtures free from build-up of dust, cobwebs other markings.
•       Remove cobwebs at ceiling level high level. •       Skirting boards free of dust or marks.
