Service Introduction
UCD Estate Services Contact Centre aims to provide a single point of contact for the UCD Community. The Contact Centre acts as the hub for Estates Services whereby staff, students, residents and the general public request information and support to facilitate an overall positive Campus experience for the UCD Community.
The UCD Community can request support from the Contact Centre for any maintenance issues, general enquiries and requests, in an efficient and effective way. Contact can be made, face to face, via email or through our Contact Centre that facilitates calls from AV Support, Maintenance, Residences and Switchboard.
