University Mail
Resident Mail
The University Mail Room delivers all Belfield Campus Residences (Ashfield, Belgrove, Glenomena, Merville, Roebuck & Village) post to the Residents Post Room located in the arch at Merville daily (Monday – Friday). Post for Blackrock Residences is handled through the Blackrock Services Desk. Students living on Campus are permitted to have post sent to their apartment; please ensure the correct address is used, including the name of your residence and your house, apartment, and room number—in that order. Packages must be collected at the Residents Post Room and signed for by the recipient with verification of a valid student ID.
Students wishing to send post should go to the Án Post on the Dundrum Road which is the nearest location. If the package has already been stamped it can be sent from the University Mailroom located in Merville Residences (Archway) or letters from the post box located outside the Gerard Manly Hopkins Building. For Blackrock Residents: letters and packages that are already stamped can be sent from the An Post post box located at the mailboxes beside the Blackrock Services Desk.
Couriers
If you have requested a delivery or ordered items that are to be delivered by a courier, please ensure that you or a designated person is on campus to receive them. The Mailroom will not take responsibility for Courier deliveries as they require a signature from the recipient for proof of delivery to the end user. Please do not use the Mailroom as an address for your courier deliveries as they will not be accepted by the Mailroom team.
