SA-250108: Traffic Management Clonskeagh Road (Water Tower) Works

What is happening:

A temporary traffic management plan will be implemented on campus from Monday 13 January.  This involves taking over part of the inbound traffic lane from the Clonskeagh Gate located next to the Water Tower car park (W1) and Water Tower.

Why is this happening:

The traffic management plan, including a traffic light system and minor pedestrian diversions, is being implemented to facilitate the final tie-in of the new section of ring road to where it ties into the existing campus ring road opposite the sports pitches. This is a part of the final enabling works package for the new MPPEC Sports Building due to commence construction soon.

When is happening and for how long:

This temporary traffic management plan will be implemented from the morning of Monday 13 January (next week) and will stay in place until circa mid February. This final stretch of the new sections of campus ring road will then open soon after.

Who will this affect:
