I have entered the codes provided but am getting an error messge?

If you are happy the account code and cost centre provided to you have been entered correctly yet you are getting a system error, please contact (opens in a new window)finance.systems@ucd.ie and we will verify your details and get you back to you. 

I received an error messgae saying I need an analysis code but an anlysis code is not generally required?

This is a system error which means the Cost Centre & Account Code combination you are using is not setup in the system. Please confirm with your Finance Manager that you are using the correct account code for your transaction
