Visitors guide

Hosting visiting researchers

The Geary Institute welcomes many visitors every year. We are always happy to collaborate with different researchers, scholars, policymakers, practitioners, and the broader community to address complex public policy issues.

As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain effective management, security, and accessibility within our office premises, it is important that the main office is notified of any changes in occupancy or utilisation of office space. To facilitate this process, we have created a Short-term visitor’s form.

Any new occupants moving into or vacating office spaces, regardless of the duration or reason, must complete the form. This form provides essential details that allows us to update our records accurately, facilitating better management, review of space allocation, and ensure adequate access to building facilities, including but not limited to printing services and other necessary amenities.

Please be advised that adherence to this protocol is vital for the smooth functioning of our operations and the efficient utilisation of resources. Your cooperation in promptly notifying the main office of any changes in office space occupancy is greatly appreciated.

Should you have any queries or require further clarification regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact the main office administration.
