The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship is a prestigious scholarship for non-EU/non-EEA students in Ireland. There are 60 places awarded across all Irish Higher Education Institutions each year.

The Government of Ireland International Education Scholarship is administered by the Irish Higher Education Authority (HEA). All queries regarding the application process should be directed to: (opens in a new window)goi-ies@hea.ie.
The duration of the scholarship is 1 year only.
Successful recipients will receive a full tuition fee waiver, including any registration charges, for one year of study and a €10,000 stipend payment.
The stipend payment is payable in two equal instalments at the beginning of the Autumn and Spring terms.
