Non-EU students who are currently studying in UCD follow the same internal transfer process as Irish and EU students.

As a Non-EU applicant, if you receive a firm offer and wish to defer it you need to contact UCD Global in the first instance, via the Global Enquiry or the relevant Global Centre.

You will be required to pay a €500 deferral charge. This will be set against the tuition fee for the subsequent year, when you avail of the place, and it is not an additional financial burden on you.
