BSc Physics students in their penultimate year who are considering applying to the MSc Physics degree at Leiden University |
Frontiers of Modern Physics - Leiden University Summer School Leiden Institute of Physics is offering Una Europa members (including UCD students) a discount on its 8-day physics summer school. Through seminars by renowned physicists and visits to research labs, participants will get a unique peek into physics research at Leiden, from quantum matter and optics to biological & soft matter physics and cosmology. The programme is aimed at BSc Physics students in their penultimate year who are considering applying to the MSc Physics degree at Leiden University. Price for Una Europa university students – 300 euro (reduced from normal price of 390 euro). |

UZH Global Strategy and Partnerships Funding Scheme The University of Zurich (UZH) has launched a funding scheme to support collaborations with partner universities, including UCD as an Una Europa partner. UCD staff or faculty can reach out to contacts at UZH to design a joint proposal for a workshop, event, or high-impact research or teaching activities. Two levels of funding are available: Seed Funding of up to 5,000 CHF (Swiss francs) and Project Funding of up to 60,000 CHF. |

Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne 2025-2026 Research Chair | One Health, Sustainability, European Studies Una Europa partner Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne is offering two 5-month fellowships for international researchers in Social Science and/or Humanities during the academic year 2025. This Chair will give researchers an opportunity to work on an innovative project advancing knowledge in the areas of One Health/Sustainability/European Studies. |
