Now in its third year, the UCD Global Engagement Seed Fund is inviting submissions for 2022 from 3rd May. UCD faculty and staff can apply under one of three strands: Building Global Partnerships; Advancing Global Networks; or New Directions.
These strands have been designed to encourage innovation and imagination in global engagement activities by facilitating a broad range of applications. Each strand has a maximum amount that can be requested so please take note of this when designing your proposal. Full details of each strand and eligibility criteria can be found in the (opens in a new window)2022 UCD Global Engagement Seed Fund Call for Applications. Learn more about what previous awardees such as Brynne Gilmore and Ernestro Vasquez Del Aguila have accomplished with the fund in this (opens in a new window)short video testimonial here.
Applicants are requested to complete and submit the (opens in a new window)application form here. Proposals of no more than 1,000 words must be accompanied by a project budget and a letter of endorsement from your Head of School/Unit. These can be uploaded at the end of the application form.
The deadline for submissions is 17:00, Monday 13 June 2022. The assessment board will meet in mid June to review applications, and applicants will be notified of the outcome before 24 June 2022.
